Initiate Your Request
Log into your PlanBee account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box to ensure they arrive safely.
Drop Off the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our hive receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
